Okeifufe John Chinekwu also known by his stage name JC9 is a Nigerian music artist from Nkanu west local government area of Enugu State, born in Enugu State, grew up in Ughelli Delta State.

Attended primary school in success international Academy ughelli Delta state, secondary school in faith comprehensive secondary school yenagoa bayelsa state.

Obtained B.Sc Marketing in Delta state University Asaba Campus, Went for National youth service corps in Abuja.

Started music during his secondary school days till date, have lots of songs including few videos.
